These terms govern your use of arcada-info.com, operated by Liliakona OÜ, registration number 17368980, registered at Rotermanni tn 6, Tallinn, 10111, Estonia ("Arcada Info", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. What this website is
This website describes our business and how to reach us. It is an informational site. It does not sell anything, it does not create an account for you, and using it does not create a contract for services. Services are provided to business clients only, under a separate written agreement.
2. Accuracy of information
We keep the content current and correct, but we provide it as it is, without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here is legal advice. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
3. Permitted use
You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own information. You may not:
- copy the content for commercial republication without our written permission;
- scrape, crawl at a rate that degrades service, or harvest contact details from the site for the purpose of sending unsolicited messages;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written consent;
- use the site to transmit malware or to conduct any unlawful activity.
The email addresses published on this site are provided so that clients, recipients and authorities can reach us. Using them to send unsolicited commercial messages is expressly refused.
4. Intellectual property
The name Arcada Info, the logo, the text, the layout and the code of this site belong to us or are used with permission. Trade marks and brand names of third parties, including the names of client brands, remain the property of their respective owners and are referred to for identification only.
5. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third party site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
6. Services to clients
Communication services are delivered under an individual service agreement and a data processing agreement. Those documents, together with our Anti-Spam and Permission Policy, govern the relationship and prevail over anything stated on this site. We accept a client program only where the permission standard in that policy is met, and we may pause or terminate a program that breaches it.
7. Messages you receive
If you received a message prepared by us, it was sent for a client brand, to an address or number that the brand collected with your consent. You can stop it at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by writing to unsubscribe@arcada-info.com. How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, including loss of profit, data or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia, and the courts of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
